56 sturdy vinyl Portfolio Cases, a different color for each grade level, K-6
These contain the reproductions. Each one has a pocket, zipper, and carrying handles. The pocket contains the Artist Name Cards envelope, the Photo File envelope (when one is called for), and a copy of the lesson for that Portfolio.

Approximately 340 reproductions of famous artworks, 22 x 28 inches in size
These are mounted on heavy cardboard with rounded corners for longer wear. There are 5 – 8 reproductions in each of the 56 Portfolios.

7 three-ring binders, one for each grade level, K-6
Each binder contains the 8 lessons for that grade level, each of which includes the Portfolio Presentation with information and questioning strategies for the artworks and information about the artist. Also included are the Hands-on lessons with easy-to-follow directions, and the Color Visuals showing the reproductions in each Portfolio. and 2 pages of Art Notes for each grade level, K-6, which may be copied and distributed to students for each lesson.

1 three-ring binder for the Head Docent or Curriculum Coordinator
This contains pertinent materials and necessary information to make your Program successful. Also included are the 56 inventories for the Portfolios and 2 pages of Art Notes for each grade level, K-6, which may be copied and distributed to students for each lesson. Also a CD showing examples of all of the 56 Hands-on lessons.

56 Pocket Manuals with labels attached, one for each of the 56 Portfolios
Each one contains the inventory for that Portfolio, a copy of the Portfolio Presentation lesson and a copy of the Hands-on lesson.

56 Artist Name Card envelopes, with labels attached
These contain an Artist Name Card for each of the reproductions in that Portfolio and are to be attached with plastic clips to the reproduction during the Presentation.

26 Photo File expandable legal envelopes with labels attached
These are each to be filled with photos at your school site and mounted on 10"x15" black railroad boards. These photographs provide perceptual information for 26 of the Hands-on Lessons: Horses, Birds, Skies, etc. Appropriate photos are to be found on calendars, travel, sports and dance magazines, National Geographic, Ranger Rick, etc. Note: not all of the 56 Hands-on lessons require a Photo File. Also included are adhesive labels to place on the backs of the black railroad board, identifying in which Portfolio they belong. These photographs provide perceptural information for 26 of the Hands-on Lessons.
